
Washington Patriot Construction has been awarded three task orders under our Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District.
The Repair Boiler Plant project will replace existing boiler plant equipment at Bldg. 2800 at Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Oahu, with a new, more energy efficient system. The work includes replacement of an underground fuel tank with an aboveground tank, replacement of hot water generators, boiler controls, air compressor, fuel pumps, steam pressure reducing valve station, and boiler flues. WA Patriot was awarded a contract in the amount of $3,370,000 on September 23, 2014; contract duration is 365 calendar days.
The Construct Pump House project is a design-build project to design and construct a new pump house located at Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Oahu. The work generally consists of demolition and removal of an existing concrete structure, lead and asbestos abatement, construction of a new reinforced CMU pump house, new booster pumps, chlorine analyzer, SCADA controls, site improvements, utility connections, and electrical power connections. WA Patriot was awarded a contract in the amount of $800,224 on September 23, 2014; contract duration is 730 calendar days.
The Regional Cyber Center Pacific Renovation project includes the renovation of the current administration and office areas of the Cyber Center located on Fort Shafter, Oahu to create an open office space, a meeting room, and a forensics lab. WA Patriot was awarded a contract in the amount of $962,443 on September 26, 2014; contract duration is 300 calendar days.
