WA Patriot performed this design-build project consisting of a 4,500 sf Clubhouse building with restaurant/lounge, mercantile store, and locker rooms; mid- level cart and bag storage areas with service support, storage, and mechanical rooms; and stair/elevator tower over a 28,822 sf covered Parking Garage which was built into a hillside.
