This design-build project consisted of a 13,320 SF facility for the City of Orting Maintenance Department to store maintenance equipment and control operations from one single location. The facility includes office and warehouse space, a kitchen and breakroom, vehicle wash area, dry storage, and a concrete patio outside the kitchen/break room.
