This project included construction of a 127,000 square foot, 4 story heated self storage facility that includes 1100 units and 2 elevators. The project involved 100,000 sf, 3-story shotcrete retaining wall with soil nails and design-build fire protection, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
