WA Patriot Wraps Up Renovation Project at Boeing Building 2-25

WA Patriot has completed 70,000 square feet of renovations in Boeing’s 2-25 Building in Seattle WA. Work was spread out over three different floors of the building, posing a number of interesting challenges, such as working in an occupied office building, an extremely condensed work schedule to allow Boeing to use these areas, and changes and adjustments along the way. WA Patriot Wraps Up Renovation Project at University of Puget Sound

WA Patriot has wrapped up several historical renovation projects at the University of Puget Sound. This series of projects posed a number of interesting challenges, such as 24/7 work shifts, sawcutting 20 foot concrete arches, and working in occupied executive suites – all under a short eleven-week construction schedule. WA Patriot Begins Work for Boeing

WA Patriot has mobilized and begun work at Boeing’s Bldg. 2-25 Density Improvements project. The work will take place across a 500,000 square foot building located at Plant 2/Boeing Field. Scope consists of demolition of the existing compartmentalized floor plates and renovation of the areas to allow for a more open floor plan with a higher density of workstations and accompanying conference rooms and kitchen/collaboration areas. WA Patriot Receives Design-Build Contract from Bethel School District for Pierce County Skills Center Phase III

WA Patriot teamed up with Erickson McGovern Architects and won a contract from Bethel School District to design and construct the Pierce County Skills Center Phase III project. The project team also includes Sitts and Hill Engineers, PCS Structural Solutions, BCE Engineers, Weisman Design Group, and Clevenger Associates. WA Patriot Completes Courthouse Bldg. Remodel

WA Patriot recently attended the Ribbon Cutting ceremony for a remodel project completed in October 2013. This $3.5M project began in December 2012 and consisted of an elevator addition as well as interior and exterior building improvements in an occupied facility that needed to remain operational.
