Washington Patriot Construction LLC (WA Patriot) is a full-service general contractor established in 2009 and located in Gig Harbor, WA. Our dedicated team has a strong history of leading projects using a variety of integrated delivery methods. We provide a wide range of construction services to a diverse client base in the industrial and commercial industries throughout the Puget Sound region.

WA Patriot provides a wide range of preconstruction and construction services. Our strength is using negotiated contracting methods that involve integrated design and construction teams. We prefer these methods over the traditional design-bid-build method because it allows us to provide more opportunities to our clients and their projects, offer services that are targeted to their needs, and develop relationships among all project entities.
