WA Patriot was selected by the Peace Lutheran Church building committee to perform a design-build expansion and remodel of their facility in Chehalis, WA. The project consists of enlarging the Sanctuary to allow for seating occupancy of 250 as well as make needed improvements to support this size of a facility. This entails reconfiguring and enlarging the restrooms, expanding the Narthex, adding an Entry Portico, and expanding the Parish Hall.
The scope of work for this project consisted of tenant improvements to Boeing’s 2-25 Building, Plant 2 South in Seattle, which remained occupied during construction. Project involved demolition of the existing compartmentalized floor plans and renovation of the areas to allow for a more open floor plan with a higher density of workstations. Renovations also provided more space for accompanying conference rooms and kitchen / collaboration areas on all five floors of this 446,000 sf building. WA Patriot completed the work with minimal impact to the building occupants.
WA Patriot performed this design-build project consisting of a 4,500 sf Clubhouse building with restaurant/lounge, mercantile store, and locker rooms; mid- level cart and bag storage areas with service support, storage, and mechanical rooms; and stair/elevator tower over a 28,822 sf covered Parking Garage which was built into a hillside.
WA Patriot installed an elevator and remodeled approximately 15,000 sf of office space to enhance security for Legal Service Offices in Bremerton, WA. The building is a multi-tenant facility, and the security enhancements help to separate access to the legal services spaces from access to adjacent areas.
WA Patriot completed tenant improvements in a 9,500 s.f. area for the future Harbor Greens Market in University Place. Scope included new exterior storefront and exit doors; new exterior finishes; modifications to the parking area; new interior walls and finishes; new restroom fixtures and finishes; and installation of thermal and acoustic insulation.
WA Patriot performed various exterior and interior repairs to this historic Gig Harbor landmark, which included exterior siding repairs, roof repairs, painting, stair repairs, new gutters, new doors/hardware, and new flooring. Based on the quality of WA Patriot’s work and our ability to perform all repairs and upgrades with minimal intrusion to the operations of the restaurant, the owner has asked WA Patriot to perform additional repairs and upgrades throughout the restaurant in the next year.
WA Patriot installed approximately 600,000 lbs of lead sheeting on walls and ceilings of existing Permanent Radiography Installation (PRI) vaults; provided PRI safety interlocks and surveying cameras; installed air conditioning; performed stairway repairs at an existing testing laboratory in Bremerton, WA. The project was completed ahead of schedule with outstanding results.
This design-build project consisted of an 8000SF addition with a new lobby, coffee shop/lounge area, and a large Children’s Worship room. This addition was designed to tie into their current congregation and education buildings, and roadwork widening improvements required by the city of Federal Way.
